Have you ever gotten a phone call and you knew it could be life changing or at the very least business changing? Well that’s how this one went for me. I got a call from another travel agent in town and she plans to start slowing down. She wanted to meet with me and discuss giving me some of her clients and referring new ones to me as well. She found me on google and then said I was the only one who, “Picked up the phone.” I am so glad I did. We met up for lunch and she told me her story and I shared mine. I am so grateful fo her insights and of course any business she wants to share with me. She has sent three my way and one of them is booked and on their vacation as I type.

On the other side of business; I met up with our local Humane Society and we worked on planning a fundraiser for them and a way to get my name out there for me. I also got to plan a Disney Land trip for my oldest Nephew, his mom, and his bonus dad. I’lll say it again, helping family plan their trips and make it less stressful for them is so great.
